To me luxury is competence before great products, craftsmanship before glitter and extreme attention to detail. In fact, I believe that only with the proper background we can appreciate and understand the effort and genius that goes into a great luxury product or experience.
I am also aware that pure creativity, artistic taste and some fireworks are needed elements in order to make a luxury product great. On top of that, a wise managerial and communicative attitude plays a capital role in shaping the image of luxury as we perceive it: a highly creative combination of knowledge, heritage, beauty and pleasure.
