Personal shopper experience at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur

The majestic Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur has introduced for its special international guests an added and particular service, the personal shopper experience program, offering them a kind of retail therapy at the Malaysian’ capital’s two luxury malls, Suria KLCC and Pavilion Kuala Lumpur.

This enterprise has been boosted by the tourism ministry’s vision to promote Kuala Lumpur as one of the most ideal and vibrant shopping destinations in the world, but at the same time as the general manager of Mandarin Oriental stated: ” this initiative is also part of our aim to constantly delight our guests above and beyond their expectations”.

Guests who want to utilize this service can easily register at the concierge to make an arrangement with the personnel of the preferred and requested boutique.

Only to mention some of the brands participating in this project, there are Burberry, Bvlgari, Giuseppe Zanotti, Vertu and many others. A personal shopper from the chosen boutique will go directly to the hotel in order to meet customers and bring them to the stores, both at the Suria KLCC and the Pavilion.

For the last one, there will be an added service, a personal chauffeur, who will carry guests to and from the mall. After the shopping experience, the purchases will be delivered to the hotel by the personal shopper.

Furthermore, people who are used to purchasing items in an undisturbed way and far from the chaos can book a private viewing session inside the boutique just paying a fee or can ask for an intimate shopping experience in the comfort of their rooms.

So, you can relax and enjoy an amazing shopping experience while you’re overnighting at the luxurious Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur.
